Assalamualaikum..
Hai anda semua, sihat ? Harap2 sihat alhamdulillah la ye. Saya sihat je, alhamdulillah. Semua cukup, cukup makan, cukup tido, cukup tu cukup nih, pendek kata memang cukup sumenyalah sampaikan berat badan pun terlebih mencukupi da kot sekarang ehehehe. Eh, terxplain panjang la plakkan. Macam la korang tanya saya sihat ke tak.=_="
Lama kot tak on blog. Ceewah, padahal baru bape ari. Sah2... On arinih, tup2 tengok dashboard dah tukar, ish, tak suka la. Tak biasa dengan benda baru nih. Nak tukar tak beri amaran. Ke ada dorang gtau ? Boikot kang baru tau ! Thehe, memandai je nak boikot blogspot. Percaya korang ? Saya sendiri tak percaya saya boleh boikot. Baru bape ari tak update dah macam cacing kepanasan. Padahal bukan update ape pon. Ish2.. Sekarang kekeringan, eh silap bukan kekeringan tapi ketandusan idea kot nak mengupdate nih. Mood pon da takde tapi still nak on blog jugak, ish ko ni memang la jah !
Haa, disebabkan saya ketandusan idea nak meng'update', jadi saya dengan rajinnya akan mencopy paste kan article yang da lama gila la kot ada dalam simpanan. Tengok2 dalam harddisc ada lah article yang tersimpan tapi sory la tak dapat nak site kan dia punya web, lupa laaa. Sumimasen ! =( Tapi tak silap saya la kan, dalam IluvIslam la kot artikel nih =). Tajok dia Put the Glass Down !

Once a professor began his class by holding up
a glass with some water in it. He held it up for all to see and asked the
students, “how much do you think this glass weighs?
’50gms!’?…’100gms…’125gms’….
The students answered, “I really don’t know unless I weigh it.”
The professor said, ‘now, my question is: What would happen if I held it up like this for a few minutes?’
‘Nothing’ the students said.
“OK what would happen if I held it up like this for an hour?” the professor asked.
“Your arm would begin to ache” said one of the students.
“You’re right, now what would happen if I held it for a day?”
“Your arm could go numb; you might have severe muscle stress & paralysis; have to go to hospital for sure! Ventured another student”, all the students laughed.
“Very good. But during all this, did the weight of the glass change?” Asked the professor.
“No” was the reply of all the students.
“Then what caused the arm to ache; the muscle to stress?” After a pause the professor asked “Before my arm ache, what should I do?”
The students were puzzled.
“Put the glass down!” said one of the students.
“Exactly!” said the professor, “Life’s problems are exactly like this. Hold it for a few minutes in your head; they seem OK. Think of them for a long time; they begin to ache. Hold it even longer; they begin to paralyze you. You will not be able to do anything.”
It’s important to think of the challenges (problems) in your life, but EVEN MORE IMPORTANT to ‘put them down’ at the end of every day before you go to sleep. That way, you are not stressed, you wake up every day fresh; strong; can handle any issue, any challenge that comes your way!
Remember to put the glass down everyday!

Tapi kan, satu yang jadi persoalan saya. Macam saya la kan, kalo stress, pastu terpk2 setiap saat, pastu tak senang duduk, pastu dalam article nih dia cakap jangan pk sangat, macam nak suruh kita release kan burden tuh. Tapi kan macam mana nak release ? Susah weh selagi tak selesai dan selagi tak tercapai sesuatu tuh. Haa, kesimpulannya ? Cakap memang senang, tapi takpe, nak seribu daya taknak seribu dalih. Memang susah nak buat, tapi insyaAllah boleh hehe. Apa yang penting ? Kerjasama. Berfikiran Positif ! Okeh, jap lagi nak masok tdo, pastu nak release kan segala mak nenek masalah tadi hari. Nak tau masalah apa ? Rahsia la thehehe.

slagi kita pikir knapa problem tu kena kt kita, problem tu akan smkin jadi beban kt kita.. tapi klau kita pikir cmner nk settle problem tu & abaikan pyebab problem tu sebentar.. maybe beban tu x trasa sgt.. ntah apa sy ngarut ni, hukk...
